Okay, I LOVE macarons. One, because they are so light and tasty. Two, because it's just a lovely, beautiful food. Three, because I feel elegant and fancy when I eat them. 

So I found this jewel of place recently. For all you Dallas dwellers this is a hidden gem you have to check out...but they also ship to the US! It's called JOY macarons. It is the cutest little macaron bakery with the nicest people. They have the absolute best flavors and their vibes are just beautiful. That's why I love them so much this month.
